Professional Experience

I retired from the City of Los Angeles after working 34 years with the Department of Building and Safety as a plan check engineer, supervisor, division chief, assistant bureau chief and office manager. My responsibilities involved working with the City codes, other City departments, office of elected officials and working through the legislative process. I have been a consultant to architects, developers, property owners, commercial tenants and homeowners since 2000.
